How to weight loss in number of days.
Today every body wants to decrease weight as soon as possible but they tried lot of things but it can't helpful so today i am going to show you guys how to weight loss in just number of days.
Mostly peoples thinks that the best way to weight loss is diet but its wrong food is the best thing which God gifted us. Diet is not a best way to weight loss. What you eat matters don't eat all things man made eat all thing which God made. What is the best food you should eat in daily life given below.

1.Breakfast








2.Lunch



Use Boiled chicken/Fish (Black pepper, Salt, Lemon) with Boiled rice.




3.Dinner



You can use BBQ chicken, meat, Beef, Fish with some salad without using Rice and Bread.

You can see in this Food plan i recommended you to use meat fish and chicken mostly because it contains a huge amount of protein which is very helpful for you to do exercises like walk and warm up body.

It doesn't mean this food is totally helpful for weight loss you need to walk minimum 30-40 min daily.
I recommended you to walk on morning time instead of Treadmill If you are too fatty you can use treadmill in evening time after lunch but morning walk is very important.

You can use Black coffee and apple cider vinegar tea without sugar it is very helpful for weight loss it is highly effective.
